世界軌道交通發(fā)展研究會
WORLD RAILWAY DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH SOCIETY
世界軌道交通發(fā)展研究會由中國鐵道學(xué)會、中國地方鐵路協(xié)會、中國城市公共交通協(xié)會、中國香港鐵路學(xué)會、中國交通運(yùn)輸協(xié)會運(yùn)輸與物流研究會、中國鐵道科學(xué)研究院、住房與城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部地鐵與輕軌研究中心、西南交通大學(xué)、北京交通大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)、亞洲交通運(yùn)輸學(xué)會等單位聯(lián)合支持創(chuàng)辦的首家涵蓋國家干線鐵路、地方鐵路、城市軌道交通的科研團(tuán)體。研究會成員由國家、各省市、干線鐵路、城市軌道交通和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)企業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、決策者和研究者以及需要了解世界和中國軌道交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、決策者和研究者組成。旨在記錄軌道交通事業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程，研究軌道交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律，推進(jìn)中國軌道交通事業(yè)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。
China Railway Society, China Local Railway Association, China Urban Public Transport Association, Hong Kong Railway Society, China Communications and Transportation Association Transport and Logistics Research Society,China Academy of Railway Sciences, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ministry of subway and LRT Research Center, Southwest Jiaotong University,Beijing Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Asian transportation Society jointly support. Our members are from countries, provinces and cities main line railway and urban rail transit. The leaders of policy makers and researchers at home and abroad enterprises who need to understand the world development of rail transport.

INTERNATION COOPERATIVE OF CHINA RAIL INDUSTRY
軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)國際合作聯(lián)盟由商務(wù)部投資促進(jìn)事務(wù)局與世界軌道交通發(fā)展研究會聯(lián)合組織發(fā)起。
為貫徹落實(shí)國家對外開放政策和“走出去”戰(zhàn)略，順應(yīng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化發(fā)展潮流，促進(jìn)軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)國際合作與雙向投資，提升產(chǎn)業(yè)國際化服務(wù)專業(yè)水平，在有效利用商務(wù)部投資促進(jìn)事務(wù)局的國內(nèi)外投資促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的基礎(chǔ)上，由商務(wù)部投資促進(jìn)事務(wù)局牽頭，與有關(guān)國際、國內(nèi)軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺充分合作，搭建“軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)國際合作聯(lián)盟”(以下稱“聯(lián)盟”)，結(jié)合行業(yè)國際合作發(fā)展需求，為行業(yè)“引進(jìn)來”和“走出去”提供集合多方力量的公益性服務(wù)平臺，促進(jìn)我國軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)國際化健康發(fā)展。
聯(lián)盟將以國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策為導(dǎo)向，定位國際先進(jìn)水平，集聚產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的各類具備較強(qiáng)國際競爭力或發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè)集群，開展相關(guān)研究及商務(wù)活動，通過資源整合、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作，全面推動中國軌道產(chǎn)業(yè)“引進(jìn)來”和“走出去”，為中國軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)國際化發(fā)展和整體產(chǎn)業(yè)水平提升貢獻(xiàn)力量。
International Cooperation Committee of China Rail Industry was launched by Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce of P.R. China (CIPA) and World Railway Development and Research Society.
In order to implement the opening-up policy and the "going out" strategy, to conform to the trend of globalization of China's economy, to promote international cooperation and two-way investment in rail industry, to enhance the professional level of internationalization service in rail industry, International Cooperation Committee of China Rail Industry was founded, led by CIPA. The committee cooperates with relevant rail industry platforms domestic and abroad. It is a non-profit organization with many forces, providing service to the “bringing-in”and“going-out”of China rail industry to promote a globally healthy development of it.
The committee will be guided by the national industrial policies, gather all kinds of industrial clusters with strong competitiveness or development potential, conduct relevant research and business activities, fully promote the “bringing-in”and“going-out”of China rail industry through the integration of resources and industrial cooperation, contribute to the internationalization and promotion of China rail industry.
光伏技術(shù)智庫
Photovoltaic Technology Think Tank
技術(shù)智庫是光伏技術(shù)人員的根據(jù)地，光伏實(shí)戰(zhàn)技術(shù)的大學(xué)校。由光伏技術(shù)領(lǐng)軍人物帶頭表達(dá)技術(shù)觀點(diǎn)，發(fā)布技術(shù)文章，與光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)精英共同探討技術(shù)發(fā)展、評書產(chǎn)業(yè)化成績、分析技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢、預(yù)判研究重點(diǎn)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向。
The technology think tank （PVTT）is a base for photovoltaic technicians， a school for practical technique. Here, leading characters express ideas, publish article, they can also discuss the development of technology, review the industrialization result, analyze the development trend of technology, predict and judge the research focus and industry development direction with elites.
